The Great Vertdure Adventure
Specializing in lawn care maintenance, Vertdure was founded by Mr. Jean Tremblay who, after much reflection, created the company that is now renowned throughout Quebec and Ontario. The summer of 1987 marked the inception of this group of specially-trained experts offering their professional lawn care maintenance services to residents in the Québec City area. Thus began the great Vertdure adventure.
Our Expansion
Jean Tremblay put his energy and dynamism to work, eager to share his desire to reconcile quality of life and residential landscaping with his fellow citizens. His efforts bore fruit! The 1987 summer season was so successful that the following year, Vertdure tripled its clientele for lawn care service. In response to the growing demand and a more demanding public, the company opened a branch office in Chicoutimi.
The year 1989 opened new niches while demand grew at a dizzying pace. Vertdure, as a lawn care company, expanded operations again, opening two new offices, in Trois-Rivières and Montreal.
After a mere three years of operation, Vertdure sales rocketed to unforeseen heights, fifteen times higher than year one.
Today, Groupe Vertdure has nearly 30 branches throughout Québec and Ontario.
